First Archery Instructor Class of The 2015 Season

Awesome fun time with some great people in this archery instructor class.  We were all ready for hot weather like it was the night before. But no… mother nature turned down the temperature, as we started out it was about 70F and then the temperature dropped.  Everyone had great attitudes and awesome focus.

Students in the archery instructor class talking about the importance of a letdown with a bow, not in life.  But in life it is just how you decide to think about it. Right?

Group selfy, we were cold. Who thought the temperature was going to drop down into the 40sF brrr….  and they did a great job despite the cold and it started to get dark, close to the end of class.

By the time we did the video interviews, it was getting dark out lol.   The practical hands on part of the class was done by the time it got dark out  :).

Thank you Matt at Merrimack Park and Recreation for hosting this class and also participating in the class.  And thank you to all my participates for taking this cool archery instructor class.  Have fun with your summer camp programs!!

Coach Lucy

PS.  One of the participants in this class did archery at a local camp for a few years and his archery instructor at the camp was certified by me.  I can tell that his archery instructor understands the rules and form work, because I could see that this young archer, that was in my instructor class, has good habits and already new the safety rules.
